Deepflow — Terms & Conditions (Terms of Use)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Deepflow mobile application, website, and related services ("Service"), operated by Deepflow Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Deepflow, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age permitted in your country) to use Deepflow.

If you are under the age of majority, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Description of the Service

Deepflow is a productivity and focus-management tool allowing users to:

  • Create focus sessions, schedules, and blocking sessions

  • Block distracting apps and websites across devices

  • Use pomodoro timers and app restriction features

  • Access insights, analytics, and progress reports

  • Sync focus data across devices

  • Access optional AI guidance, coaching, and productivity features

  • Participate in optional gamification and accountability features

Features may change as we improve the Service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Deepflow offers optional paid features and subscriptions.

  • Payments are handled securely through Stripe.

  • All payments and subscription management occur on our website: https://www.deepflow.me

  • Subscription charges recur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on our website.

We reserve the right to change pricing with appropriate notice as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code

  • Misuse blocking features to control devices you do not own or have permission to manage

  • Circumvent subscription or usage restrictions

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes

We may suspend access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Blocking Features & System Integrations

Deepflow may use system-level capabilities—including, where required, local device APIs or VPN profiles—to block apps or websites.

By enabling these features, you consent to:

  • Installation of configuration profiles (if applicable)

  • Necessary inspection of network metadata (never content) solely to enforce selected blocks

  • Enforced focus sessions that restrict access to apps or websites chosen by you

Deepflow does not inspect or collect the content of private communications such as emails, messages, or passwords.

8. Insights, Analytics & Reporting

Deepflow may provide insights such as:

  • Focus duration

  • Time spent in blocked vs. unblocked states

  • App or website usage trends

  • Productivity patterns over time

These analytics are used solely to operate and improve the Service.

9. Data Storage & User Content

You retain ownership of your data.

By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

  • Store your data

  • Sync your data across devices

  • Process your data as needed to provide and improve the Service

We never sell user data to third parties.

10. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You may delete your account at any time through the website:

  1. Sign in at https://www.deepflow.me

  2. Open Settings → Account Settings

  3. Select Delete Account

When you delete your account:

  • All data associated with your profile is permanently deleted

  • All focus history, settings, and analytics are removed

  • Subscription access ends immediately

This process cannot be undone.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse blocking features

  • Your behavior creates security, technical, or legal risks

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

Deepflow, including all software, interfaces, branding, and content, is owned by Deepflow Labs LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the Service without explicit permission.

13. Disclaimers

Deepflow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free

  • All apps, websites, or device configurations can be successfully blocked

  • Productivity results will meet user expectations

Use blocking and restriction features responsibly.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepflow Labs LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss of productivity or data

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Misuse of focus or blocking features

  • Device configuration issues caused by improper use of the Service

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
